Community Needs Assessment Data Easily Tracked and Utilized

CAP Systems design and development team assists CARD, an Oklahoma Agency, to custom build their entire annual community needs assessment into CAPTAIN to allow staff to manage that data along side their client demographics.

From the Design Desk – The Custom Field Feature allowed us to take CARD’s community needs assessment form and build it into their system so that when a client completes the form they are able to see the CNA questions with all possible responses and attach the client’s responses to their application.
